Group Policy

Saltsburg Kayak & Canoe Outfitters welcomes groups, both big and small. To make a reservation for your group, call (724-252-8520) or reserve online. One of our staff will be happy to help you plan. To make a reservation for groups of 8 or more, SKCO requires a 50% deposit. Deposits must be received within 72-hours of the scheduled reservation. Reservations will be canceled without receipt of deposit. Groups will be required download and fill out their waivers ahead of their scheduled reservation. 

Canceling before 72-hours will result in a full refund of the deposit amount. Canceling before 48-hours will result in a refund of 50% the deposit amount. Canceling before 24-hours will result in a refund of 25% the deposit amount. Cancellations made with 24-hours or less advance notice will result in the complete forfeiture of the deposit amount. Cancelations due to weather or river conditions will be granted at the discretion of SKCO and will result in rain checks being given in the amount of the the deposit. 

Reservations for 8 or more boats made within 48-hours of the trip must be paid in full.
